1.Two ways to delete your data
Go to your dashboard and click "Disconnect Page". The service will immediately stop accessing the Page and delete your Access Token, and will not fetch any new data.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion", including the Page name / email you signed up with. We will delete your data within 30 days and send a confirmation email once done.
2.Data that will be deleted
- Reply records
- Credit counters
- Topic labels
- The Facebook Page Access Token
Note: aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be retained for overall analysis, and cannot be linked back to you.
3.Retention and automatic deletion
- Comment-level records and statistics are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- The Access Token is deleted immediately when you disconnect your Page.
- Email deletion requests are processed within 30 days, with a confirmation reply.
